Our services are available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity. After understanding your design needs, we will be able to quote you a price for your project. Our pricing is dependent upon the scope of the project.

So many variables come into play when defining the timeframe for a project. In the beginning, as we figure out the detailed scope for the overall project, we help put together a general framework and adjust as needed. Typical renovation projects can take anywhere from 6-18 months and furnishing projects typically take 4-12 months.

Full Service Design includes comprehensive project management, site visits, furniture procurement, and hands-on installation. Modified Concierge Services offer a more flexible approach with custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own as time and budget allow.

We can provide you with recommendations on contractors or builders that we have worked with in the past, but we leave the hiring of your team up to you. We do, however, work closely with all contractors, builders, and architects that are involved with the transformation of your home.

We make every effort to source items that are in stock, but items can and do sell out quickly. We recommend being diligent about purchasing the items for your room once you receive the design plan. 

Ultimately, no matter how hard we try, we can’t help but offer design advice and guidance during our Meet & Greets, so we do charge an initial fee of $150. If you decide to move forward with our design services, that initial fee will go towards the design fee.

The Color Consultation fee is determined by how many paint colors are desired. 

The Design Consultation fee is $250 for 2- hours of design advice answering .
