Modified concierge
Intended for clients who need help from an expert in taking their project to the finish line with selections of decorative details and furniture to tie their room(s) together and bring their vision to life. This service offers a more flexible approach by creating custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own, as time and budget allow.
Renovations
Transforming a home can be an overwhelming experience. Our design team is adept at creating spaces that are timeless, and reimagined to suit your lifestyle. We collaborate with architects and contractors to create a seamless experience, including hard surface selections, lighting plans, paint selections, and more.
Color Consultation
Our proven paint consultation process lets us make your vision a reality, with designer color schemes that perfectly complement your home. We’ll identify the ideal paint colors you’ve struggled to land on, present you with entirely new options, or give you the reassurance to finally press “buy” on the paint color you’ve been eyeing.
New Construction
A successful home build requires an expert eye. Our team partners with clients to hone in on their vision for how their new home should look and feel. We oversee the entire process, work closely with architects and builders, and curate custom design plans, including hard surface selections, lighting plans, and more.
3D Renderings
Our team works closely with you to personalize your kitchen or bath layout by including your chosen finishes, appliances, and lighting to bring your vision to life. With our cutting-edge technology, we create a realistic virtual image of your design to ensure that it is both practical and visually stunning.
Design Consultations
Discuss an ongoing or upcoming project in your home, talk through a list of random pain points, or pick the brains of one of our designers for answers to all your design-related questions. This is our “No Strings Attached” service, perfect for gifting or as a jumpstart of inspiration
Furnishings
For clients who have a complete space but need some guidance striking the balance between beauty and function and creating a cohesive feel. We offer standalone furnishing and styling services. We select, source, receive, deliver, and install the elements that turn a house into home.

Our services are available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity. After understanding your design needs, we will be able to quote you a price for your project. Our pricing is dependent upon the scope of the project.
So many variables come into play when defining the timeframe for a project. In the beginning, as we figure out the detailed scope for the overall project, we help put together a general framework and adjust as needed. Typical renovation projects can take anywhere from 6-18 months and furnishing projects typically take 4-12 months.
Full Service Design includes comprehensive project management, site visits, furniture procurement, and hands-on installation. Modified Concierge Services offer a more flexible approach with custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own as time and budget allow.
We can provide you with recommendations on contractors or builders that we have worked with in the past, but we leave the hiring of your team up to you. We do, however, work closely with all contractors, builders, and architects that are involved with the transformation of your home.
With Modified Concierge,What if the products sourced for my project are backordered or out of stock?
We make every effort to source items that are in stock, but items can and do sell out quickly. We recommend being diligent about purchasing the items for your room once you receive the design plan.
Ultimately, no matter how hard we try, we can’t help but offer design advice and guidance during our Meet & Greets, so we do charge an initial fee of $150. If you decide to move forward with our design services, that initial fee will go towards the design fee.
The Color Consultation fee is determined by how many paint colors are desired.
The Design Consultation fee is $250 for 2- hours of design advice answering .
