Vitucci & Co. has developed an efficient step-step process that is the foundation of our work. We value our clients’ time and investment and prioritize connection and transparency throughout each project. The design process can be overwhelming, so we take our role as leaders in this journey as seriously as our creative vision. No matter what stage or size of your project, we are committed to guiding you through the process with confidence and understanding. Our job is to make you excited and at ease every step of the way. We pride ourselves on being a full-service interior design studio that is collaborative, responsive and a true partner in the process.

Once your questionnaire has been submitted your consultation will be scheduled for your desired service, our team will meet you at your home or via video conference (depending on the service selected) to discuss the details of your design needs and determine how we can help bring your vision to life.

Once we have all information needed including on-site measurements, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, budget, etc. we will schedule a design kick off meeting with you to discuss your preferences and goals for the design. Next, we will begin sourcing visual inspiration and piecing together concepts. As our initial plans take form, design boards and renderings will be curated and include options for color palettes, furnishings, fixtures, finishings, etc. (depending on what’s needed) We will compile material samples, and drawings, in a visual presentation that will help you get a real sense of how your new home will feel and function. Revisions will be made, if necessary, and before selecting materials and purchasing, everyone is collectively aligned on an approved concept for every space we’re designing.
STEP NO. 3
Procurement & Execution

When the design of your home is finalized, we move on to sourcing the materials, textiles, design elements, fixtures and furnishings we’ve selected. This phase goes beyond ordering as our procurement team tracks lead times, coordinates deliveries, ensures each item is inspected, and schedules assembly of any furnishings ahead of installation. On renovation or new construction jobs, this phase will include overall construction project management and coordination with your contractor.

Welcome home
This is the phase when your home finally comes to life! Once construction is complete, we walk through your new—or newly renovated—home together and take note of any tasks that remain. Next, we schedule an installation day for our team to deliver your furnishings, place them, and style them perfectly. Once we are finished, we welcome you home and have a final walkthrough to get your feedback. After we remedy any outstanding issues, we close out the project. Afterward, we celebrate a successful project and send you home to enjoy your new haven with a care and maintenance guide.
